Directions for use

Take one to three capsules daily with food or as advised by your healthcare professional.

Suitable for

A daily supplement to help maintain adequate calcium intake in children and mature adults; post-menopausal women and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding to ensure adequate dietary calcium intake; individuals who may be at risk of or suffering from osteoporosis.

Cautions and interactions

• Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
• Supplements containing calcium, magnesium, zinc or iron may affect the absorption or efficacy of some prescription medications. Separate by at least two hours.
• Not recommended for use in individuals with hyperparathyroidism, hypercalcaemia, renal failure or chronic kidney disease unless under medical supervision.
