Indications for use

• May help to relieve premenstrual tension/syndrome.
• May assist in the management of irregular periods and period pain.
• May help to relieve mild to moderate acne related to hormone imbalance.
• May be beneficial in relieving premenstrual breast pain.
• May alleviate symptoms of nervous tension, moodiness and/or irritability associated with premenstrual tension/syndrome.
• May relieve abdominal bloating and fluid retention associated with premenstrual tension/syndrome.
• May reduce headache associated with premenstrual tension/syndrome.

• Regulates the menstrual cycle.
• Hormone balancer.
• Supports and maintains normal levels of prolactin, luteinising hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), progesterone and oestrogen.

Directions for use

Take one capsule daily on rising or as advised by your healthcare professional.
